Customer Service Executive - Spectrum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • The candidate must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Data Entry.
  • Negotiations skills & positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

Must have 1-year experience in Spectrum or other Satellite/Cable/Internet service provider campaign.

Salary:

35,000 – 45,000 per month (Plus commission on sales).

Timings:

Night shift according to USA timings.
